Targeting the next generation of women leaders in the Mining, Oil & Gas industry in Angola, Ana Major will address the topic of ‘Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace’.

Ana Major is a leading figure in Angola due to her unique background and long career in management roles in the oil and gas sector, working for multinational companies in the sector.

Born in Angola, Ana Major is a lawyer with extensive and reputable professional experience in international oil and gas contracts and transactions and labour, tax, commercial and compliance matters. Her professional career has been marked by challenges focused on Angola and the southern region of the continent and international projects in the USA.

In April this year, Melo Alves announced the integration of Ana Major as Senior International Consultant.
