Carlos Melo Alves defends Miguel Albuquerque's suspension from the Council of State
Carlos Melo Alves was a guest on RTP3 to comment on the suspension of Miguel Albuquerque's position as Counsellor of State, due to the fact that he was arrested and indicted in an operation carried out by the Judicial Police in Madeira.
